  • Manual Burden Tracking

    Track the cost of your labor using manual burden tracking. This allows you to enter a percentage against your employees’ jobs in order to estimate the cost of labor for that job. This allows Bilflo to also calculate your burdened gross profit.

  • Burden Builder

    Use Job Site Address tracking in conjunction with your federal, state and local tax codes to automatically pull in the correct labor items, along with your employer-specific rates, in order to automatically calculate the true cost of your employees’ labor for each job. This information flows directly into calculating gross profit.

  • Base Burden + Workers' Comp. Tracking

    Use Bilflo’s Base Burden plus Workers Compensation Tracking to arrive at a more accurate labor cost estimate. Bilflo’s Base Burden is the normal employment tax you assign towards employee labor, and then choose a workers compensation code from a list that you provide, along with the rate associated with each code. Bilflo adds those together to arrive at a total burden that’s used to calculate the cost of labor. This burdened labor number is used to calculate the burdened gross profit.

  • Workers' Compensation Rate Tracking

    Use Bilflo to store workers compensation codes and rates for any date range. Enter descriptions and codes across all states. Use Workers Comp Codes in conjunction with burden tracking in order to automatically calculate the cost of employee labor. The end result is allowing your reps to quote opportunities instantly, and calculating gross profit.

  • Pay-Bill Items

    Bilflo has a unique feature called Pay Bill Items, that allows you to set up the items you use in your company to pay to your employees and bill out to your customers. Specifically built for staffing, Bilflo recognizes that most items, whether time or materials, need to be paid to an employee and invoiced out to a customer. With Bilflo’s Pay Bill Items, you can configure and automate this process with ease. You can also pay and not bill, or bill and not pay depending on your needs.
