Bilflo EOR services, through their EOR partner, will manage employment-related tasks including onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration. All employment paperwork is efficiently handled through Bilflo's online portal, streamlining the administrative process.

- GP Calculator: Use the GP Calculator to calculate your GP spread with burdened costs for each position you intend to recruit and staff.
- New Employee Order Form: Once you’ve negotiated the pay and bill rates and decided to place the candidate, use the NEW EMPLOYEE ORDER form in the Bilflo platform.
Your Account Manager will reach out with an exact quote and details on quickly onboarding your candidate. We’ll hold your hand the entire way for onboarding, time collection, billing, and payments.
Depending on your funding options and client underwriting results, Bilflo will typically fund your payroll for up to 30 days (4 weeks of pay). Bilflo will also payout GP commissions on a monthly basis.

As a recruiter using Bilflo's services, your company's name will be featured on the invoice to maintain transparency and client engagement.

Co-Employment exists when a client company enters into a contractual relationship with a PEO in which both entities share employer responsibilities over the employees. The client company is referred to as the common-law employer and is responsible for handling day to day operations and core job functions, while the PEO is considered the Employer of Record and is responsible for managing HR-related aspects of business operations. With Bilflo, we will be the sole Employee of Record.
