How to make an adjustment entry on sick or vacation journal

  • From the main navigation, click People> Contractors
  • Click on the contractor profile you need to make adjustments to.
  • Scroll down to Benefit Section.
  • Check the box Enable Sick Time.
  • Click the Sick Time journal.
  • If you need to make an adjustment, click on the +Add Adjustment button.
  • Fill in the following information:
    • Date
    • Beginning Accrued Hours
    • Hours Used (if any)
    • Hours Accrued (if any)
  • Then click on the Save button
  • Once you click Save, it automatically calculates the sick time journal with the adjustment record and subsequent timecards.
  • This works exactly the same for vacation journals.
