  1. From the main navigation, click Settings>Invoicing. 
  2. In the Direct Hire Starts box, scroll down to the Required Fields section. 
  3. Check the box Require a client agreement on Direct Hire starts
  4. Click Save button at top right. 
  5. Moving forward, client agreements will be required fields on Direct Hire starts. In the navigation, if you click Billing>Direct Hire>New, in the Agreement section, clicking Select Agreement will be required before you can save the Direct Hire start by clicking the Approve button.
