What is Bilflo?
Bilflo is web-based back office software for staffing companies who want to automate and scale their businesses. Bilflo sits between your ATS, payroll, and accounting systems and handles contract timecards and approvals, team member timecards and RPO jobs, contract/RPO/direct hire invoicing, performance management, business intelligence, and integrations.
What is a user?
A user is a contractor or team member with one or more timecards in a given month. If you don't use Bilflo to track your team member timecards, they won't count toward your monthly user total.
Does Bilflo talk with my other software?
We have built out integrations with popular applicant tracking systems, payroll processors, and accounting systems so your data can programmatically pass from one piece of software to another. How much does implementation cost?
Implementation is free. We made setup easy and want to pass on the savings to you. If you ever have a question, feel free to visit our knowledge base or reach out to us.
How long am I locked in?
Our Pro and Plus plans are month to month so you can cancel any time. Our Enterprise accounts renew on an annual basis.
What are my payment options?
All payments are made via credit card for our Plus and Pro plans. For Enterprise accounts, we can issue invoices with payment via ACH, wire, or check. Please contact us for more information.
Does Bilflo run payroll?
No. Bilflo handles time collection and then programmatically exports hours and expenses to your existing payroll processor.
Is Bilflo an accounting system?
No. Bilflo uses pay rates, bill rates, timecards, and direct hire starts to create sales and burdened gross profit figures. We use those data to automatically create and deliver invoices that end up getting exported to your existing accounting system.
What is a premium integration?
A premium integration is a connection with another piece of software is more expensive to maintain than a standard integration. Because of the added cost, premium integrations are only available on our higher plans.
