Please read these terms carefully.
The Bilflo Product Specific Terms are intended to highlight some of the important things about using our different products. The Product Specific Terms form part of the Bilflo Customer Terms of Service (the “TOS”) and are hereby incorporated therein.
If you are using any of the product(s) or service(s) described below, the terms corresponding to those product(s) apply to your use. We periodically update this page by posting a revised copy at http://bilflo.com/product-specific-terms, so please check back here for current information.
1. Bilflo Automated Invoicing Services
In August 2022, Bilflo introduced a new automated invoicing pricing model called “Automated Invoicing”. Customers who use Bilflo’s Automated Invoicing will only pay for the associated Contract Jobs and Direct Hire Starts associated with Automated Invoicing. The Automated Invoicing pricing model will be available to all new Automated Invoicing customers on August 1, 2022. If you purchase any of our Automated Invoicing products the terms in Section 1.1 below will apply to your subscription.
Existing Bilflo customers with legacy pricing plans will have the option to renewal to either (i) review their existing plans or (ii) switch to the new Automated Invoicing pricing model when it is made available. If you’re an existing Bilflo customer and you decide to remain on your existing pricing plan, the Bilflo Automated Invoicing terms in Section 1.2 below will apply to your subscription.
1.1 Contract Jobs
The terms in this section 1.1 apply to any purchase of the following products: Contract Job as defined below.
1.1.1 Definitions
“Contract Job” means a Contract Job that is able to receive billable or payable values for a certain time period and have the ability to be invoiced in your Bilflo account.
“Contract Job” means
- A contract or temporary assignment
- A contractor on one assignment
As further described in the Product and Services Catalog, and including any additional Automated Invoices that you may purchase with the above products. Details of Your Contract Jobs will be provided to you at the time of billing.
1.1.2 Contract Job Automated Invoicing Subscription Fees
The Subscription Fee for Contract Job Automated Invoicing will remain fixed furing the Subscription Term unless you:
(i) exceed your Maximum Contract Jobs or other applicable limits set out on the Product and Services Catalog,
(ii) upgrade products or base packages,
(iii) subscribe to additional features or products, including additional Contract Jobs, or
(iv) unless otherwise agreed to in the Order.
For our Contract Job Automated Invoicing Productions, once increased, your Subscription Fee will not decrease, even if there is a subsequent reduction in the number of Contract Jobs active. Your Subscription Fee will not increase if you add Contract Jobs that do not have timecards created during the period in your account.
You can learn more about how your fees may be otherwise adjusted in the remainder of this “Fees Adjustments” section below.
1.1.3 Fee Adjustments
1.1.3.1 Contract Job Tiers. Your Subscription Fee will increase immediately during the course of a Billing Period if your exceed your Maxiumum Contract Jobs limit in a Billing Period. In this case, the Subscription Fee will increase up to the tier price which corresponds with the number of Contract Jobs and your invoice will increase by the corresponding prorates amount for the remainder of the Subscription Term. Tier prices for Contract Job Products are as set out in the Product and Service Catalog. You will receive an electronic notification if you’re approaching your Contract Job tier limit.
You may manage your Contract Jobs to avoid an increase in your Subscription Fee as set out in the “Managing your Contract Jobs” section below.
1.1.3.2 Other Fee Adjustments. For detail on renewal pricing, see “Fees” section of the Master Terms. We may choose to decrease your fees upon written notice to you.
1.1.5 Managing Your Contract Jobs
When you purchase a Contract Job Product, you’ll have the opportunity to designate which Contract Jobs you’d like to make active, and which you want to designate as a Draft. We also recommend reviewing the designation of your Contract Jobs regularly to avoid an unintended Contract Job tier upgrade fee. All Users have permission to make Contract Job designations in the portal unless their right to do so is limited by you in the Permissions settings.
1.2 Fee Adjustments
For details on renewal pricing, see the ‘Fees’ section of our Master Terms.
1.3 Downgrades
For Contract Job products, you may downgrade your subscription at the start of your next renewal Subscription Term.
2. Timecards
The terms in this Section 2 apply to any purchase of the following products: Timecards. These products are described further in our Product and Services Catalog.
2.1 “Timecard” means every type of timecard that excludes Bulk Time with manual entry for which we charge you fees as set forth in our Product and Services Catalog.
2.2 Timecard Subscription Fees
The Subscription Fee for Timecard products will remain fixed during the Subscription Term unless you:
(i) exceed your Maximum Timecards or other applicable limits set out on the Product and Services Catalog,
(ii) upgrade products or base packages,
(iii) subscribe to additional features or products, including additional Timecards, or
(iv) unless otherwise agreed to in the Order.
For our Timecard products, you will be charged fees associated with all Paid Contract Jobs. For Timecards Subscription, the number of Paid Timecards will not decrease, even if there is a subsequent reduction in the number of assigned Paid Contract Jobs.
2.3 Fee Adjustments

2.4 Limits
For our Timecard products and paid Add-Ons to those products we may change the limits that apply to you at any time in our sole discretion.
Please refer to the Product and Services Catalog and your Order for details of any additional limits that apply to your Timecard subscription.
2.5 Downgrades
For Timecard products, you may downgrade your subscription at the start of your next renewal Subscription Term.
