    Bilflo’s "9/80" timecard system is designed to accommodate a specific work schedule where employees work nine-hour days for four days, followed by an eight-hour day split across two weeks, enabling them to take every other Friday off without accruing overtime. This system accurately tracks the split hours and ensures compliance with labor laws while offering flexibility in work schedules.

    Key Features

    • 9/80 Work Schedule: The timecard alternates every other week, where Week 1 consists of four nine-hour days and one four-hour day, and Week 2 starts after the fourth hour of the previous week’s Friday, followed by four nine-hour days.
    • Clock In/Clock Out Times: Records the exact times employees clock in at the beginning of their shift and clock out at the end.
    • Break Tracking: Includes fields for recording the start and end times of lunch breaks.
    • Daily and Weekly Totals: Provides a breakdown of total hours worked each day and a cumulative total for the week, ensuring that each week totals 40 hours.
    • Status Indicators: Displays the status of the timecard (e.g., processed) to indicate whether the data has been reviewed and approved.
