    • Fixed an issue where the Work Status/Start Date value on the Contractor profile did not get saved properly when creating a new contractor and clicking Create.

    • Fixed an issue where client contacts/approvers had difficulty logging out of Bilflo. 
  • Emails
    • Fixed an issue where the Missing Time Email was not received by a contractor. 
  • Invoices
    • Updated the Invoice Number field to allow users to enter alphanumeric characters for invoices (i.e. 1234-ABCD). 
    • Fixed an issue where the user was able to create an invoice with an already existing invoice number.
    • Fixed an issue where the attached timecard on an invoice PDF did not include the 1099 overtime value. 
    • Fixed an issue where Payment Terms on direct hire invoices were not populated accurately when edited. 
    • Fixed an issue where an error occurred while previewing an invoice. 
    • Fixed an issue where an error was displayed on the Invoice Delivery page when a Client Name had over 50 characters. 
  • PBI Attribute
    • Fixed an issue when attempting to use the “ACA Rate Percent” attribute, did not calculate the percentage of the PBI. 
    • Currently, when a PBI (like ACA Regular Time) has each of the following attributes, then it will calculate the ACA Regular Time Bill Rate at 10% of the Regular Time Bill Rate on the Contract Job page. 
      • “ACA Rate Percent” set to Yes 
        • Yes = use the default value as a percent
        • No = use the default value as a whole number)
      • “Bill Quantity Relationship” attribute set to Regular Time 
        • In this scenario, if the contractor enters 40 hours of Regular Time, then it will also calculate 40 hours of ACA Regular Time. 
      • “Default Bill Rate” relationship set to 10
        • Because ACA Rate Percent is set to Yes, then the Bill Rate for ACA Regular Time will be 10% of the Bill Rate for Regular Time. 
        • If ACA Rate Percent is set to No, then the Bill Rate for ACA Regular Time will be $10.00 on the contract job page. 
  • QuickBooks Desktop
    • Fixed an issue where items in the Direct Hire Class Mapping section on the invoice mapping page did not get export custom fields successfully to QuickBooks. 
    • Fixed an issue where the Payroll Mapping Page did not populate the Bilflo fields with the QuickBooks Payroll Items List. 
  • Reports
    • Fixed an issue where the user was unable to apply data filters on the Dashboard Reports. 
  • RPO
    • Removed the RPO service offering from Bilflo. 
  • Team Members
    • Fixed an issue where the “State Working” field was not updating properly for Salary Timecards in the Compensation section. 
  • Timecards Report
    • Fixed an issue where the burden value was not displayed correctly on the Timecards page when using various burden options (Manual, Base Burden + Workers Comp, and Burden builder).
