  • Updated the Contract Summary Report so the Total Hours column displays the sum of PayQuantities where the PBI has UseQuantitiesAsHours = true.

  • Fixed an issue where a timecard record was not displayed on the Approval History page.
• Contract Jobs:
  • Fixed an issue where an error occurred when terminating the contract job where a timecard was reset.
• Contract Overview:
  • Fixed an issue where the contract overview slide-out modal displays duplicate PBIs when the associated invoice has multiple versions.
• Timecards:
  • Fixed an issue where the weekly per diem did not calculate accurately.
  • Fixed an issue where the detailed clock-in clock-out calculated time inaccurately due to daylight savings and leap year.
  • Updated database records to reflect changes related to the API timecard.

• Bilflo API:
  • Updated the Bilflo API to include additional information necessary for contract jobs.
• Contract Summary Report:
  • Updated the Name column to sort by Last Name, and then First Name.
• Team Member Timecards:
  • Updated the Team Member Sick Time feature to support new stored procedures that calculate Sick Time accrual, availability, eligibility, and hours used accurately.
  • Fixed a bug where negative sick time was used on the timecard.
  • Fixed a bug where the Year Begins On field was blank after saving a value on the team member profile.
  • Updated the Year Begins On input to a date picker

New Features!

• Bullhorn: Updated the Bullhorn integration to support various features:
  • Pause Syncing:
    • When this checkbox is selected, Bilflo will not create/update associated records based on Bullhorn changes.
    • NOTE: This is recommended when first connecting the Bullhorn integration so mapping can be established between Bullhorn and Bilflo custom fields as well as Bullhorn and Bilflo PBIs before records are created during the data migration process.
  • Map Team Members:
    • This new page allows users to map Bullhorn Corporate Users to Bilflo Team Members.
  • Mapping Custom Fields:
    • Users can now map Bullhorn Custom Fields to Bilflo Custom Fields from the Bullhorn Placement, JobOrder, and Candidate entities.

Resolved Issues

• Contract Jobs:
  • Fixed an issue where an approver was required for contract jobs with the API timecard imported via Bilflo API.
• Contractors:
  • Fixed an issue where the transaction text on the timecard did not display ACA PBIs.
• Timecards:
  • Fixed an issue where expenses were calculated inaccurately when the timecard was resubmitted with new expense values.
  • Fixed an issue where the timecard was calculated incorrectly due to daylight savings.

• Bilflo API:
  • Added the logicFileId to the ContractJob POST.
• Contract Jobs:
  • Fixed an issue where clicking Save on the contract job detail page created duplicate timecard records.
  • Fixed an issue where the Available Logic Files field did not display a value.
• Work API:
  • Various updates were made to create populate PeriodEndDateWorkLogs while processing time from logic files.

• Invoices:
  • Fixed an issue where the Add Invoice Line Item was not displaying PBIs accurately.
• PrismHR:
  • Fixed an issue where the Pay Rate was imported into PrismHR timesheets inaccurately.
• Purchase Orders:
  • Fixed an issue where the Purchase Order Journal entries were displaying some errors.
  • Fixed an issue where the Purchase Order balance was not updating accurately.

Resolved Issues

• Contract Jobs:
  • Fixed an issue where an error occurred when opening a terminated job due to the leap year.
• EOR:
  • Updated the sign-up page so the correct plan is displayed accurately.
• Invoice Groups:
  • Updated the invoice group “Columns” section to support the timecard’s period start date, whereas previously it only supported the timecard’s period end date and item date (or transaction date).
• Purchase Orders:
  • Fixed an issue where the Purchase Order Journal did not generate records and the balance would not update accurately.
• Timecards:
  • Fixed an issue where the API timecard was not available for 1099 employees.
  • Fixed an issue where the API timecard required an approver.
  • Fixed an issue where the Daily Third Party (allocation) timecard allowed the user to enter a value with 3 decimal places when the Working Total was rounded to 2 decimal places.
